Kid's Art and Soul
Kid's Art and Soul, focuses on a unique art projects geared toward self-discovery and personal growth. The classes help children develop self-confidence and divergent thinking skills useful in the creative generation of ideas in problem solving. Children will have the opportunity to learn ways to communicate creatively when words are not enough. more »
The Friendship Club helps children develop and refine social skills with peers including communication and conflict resolution skills useful in managing relationships with adults and peers. Activities and talk time address wise and responsible decision making, self-monitoring and appropriate ways to express and manage anger. Specific ways to increase social confidence are discussed. more »
I Am Beautiful! helps adolescent girls define real beauty in terms of internal qualities rather than ourward appearance. Strategies are addressed for dealing with unrealistic media and societal definitions of beauty. Discussion includes the art of choosing friends and future partners who will respect and love them for their inner beauty. more »
Stepping Stones classes deal with the losses and transitions children experience during divorce. Children are given the opportunity to express the many emotions often associated with changes in famiily structure and uncertainty about the future. Each class includes talk time and a special learning activity related to divorce recovery including ways to communicate with parents. more »

Getting Kids Ready for the Real World focuses on fostering wise decision making and responsible behavior in children so they will be ready to deal with life's challenges. The Unburdened Heart offers support and direction for those wanting to move beyond the pain of wounds and hurts from the past. Topics include: forgiveness fallacies and myths, knowing who to forgive, empowering oneself to forgive,self-forgiveness, and the forgiveness process and the forgiveness plan. more »
The Love Seminar helps singles navigate today's difficult relationship scene and avoid repeating unworkable scripts from the past. Topics include: recognizing true love, red flags that indicate an unhealthy relationship, recognizing relationship abuse and addiction and identifying and honoring personal relationship strengths. more »
Lighting the Path is a special training opportunity for those of mature faith with a desire to minister to persons in spiritual pain. Topics include development of effective encouragement and mentoring skills, the traits of an effective spiritual mentor, offering spiritual hope for those overwhelmed by shame, guilt and despair and helping those with a history of toxic religion. more »
