Setting Boundaries: Taking Control of Your Life
Setting Boundaries:  Taking Control of Your Life is a two class series addressing the importance of establishing healthy boundaries in all relationships.  The classes focus on developing and implementing boundaries, understanding common myths and the ten laws of boundaries.  It also offers guidance on overcoming resistance to setting limits, and learning when to say "yes" and how to say "no".  Megan Rapien, LCSW, therapist with LifeLine Counseling Center, will be teaching this two-part series on February 1 and February 8 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.  The class will be held at LifeLine Counseling Center at 294 Gamble Avenue, Maryville, TN 37801. The LifeLine Counseling Center staff will be participating in a Divorce Recovery Program hosted by the Cokesbury United Methodist Church in Knoxville in March and April.  Brenda-Lee Duarte will present a class on Parenting After Divorce on March 28 and Megan Rapien will present a class on The Keys to Forgiveness on April 4 .  The classes will be held as part of a ten week program.
